We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Recruitment to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in staffing/recruitment, and the ability to achieve hiring targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Assign job requirements and monitor recruiters' performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and positions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and daily hiring trackers.
- Monitor recruiter productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure a smooth interview, selection, and onboarding process.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience and client satisfaction.
