Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of Real Estate Presales executives.
- Monitor daily calling activities, team performance, and targets.
- Ensure proper follow-ups with potential customers and schedule property site visits.
- Track daily reports, team productivity, and conversion rates.
- Handle team queries and support members in achieving targets.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of data management and team handling.
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in sales or real estate presales is preferred.
