Job Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and work quality.

- Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of targets.

- Guide team members in customer handling, lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and discuss improvement strategies.

- Monitor daily calls, qualified leads, customer appointments, site visits, and sales conversions.

- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to improve employee performance.

- Track individual and team targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Identify performance gaps and take corrective action to improve productivity.

- Handle escalated customer queries and support team members in resolving issues.

- Coordinate with the Assistant Manager and management to implement business plans and achieve organizational goals.





- Maintain team discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of recent team members.

- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business performance.

- Ensure consistent follow-ups and effective coordination between telecalling and sales teams.
