Job Title: Team Leader – Bank Audit

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the team conducting customer KYC audits, including V-CIP and digital verification.
- Allocate audit tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Review audit findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify process gaps, discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, and compliance risks.
- Prepare and review audit reports, highlighting observations and corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve audit quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Risk teams to resolve audit-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and applicable RBI KYC/AML guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
