Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QC Lead to manage quality control processes, lead a team of Quality Analysts, and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role involves monitoring performance, identifying quality gaps, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Quality Control Analysts.
- Conduct regular quality audits and evaluations.
- Monitor quality metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Conduct calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
- Collaborate with Operations and other teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely reporting.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role.
- Robust knowledge of quality audits, evaluation processes, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quality reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good team management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
