Role: Team Leader - Ops Service Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Operations Service Delivery with strong expertise in Order Management and Telecom Network Delivery (MPLS/SD-WAN) to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage service delivery operations to achieve client SLAs and KPIs.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high customer service standards.

Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage stakeholder relationships and prepare operational reports for leadership.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and information security standards.

Handle team attendance, work allocation, productivity, and attrition management.

Required Skills





Strong experience in Order & Delivery Management within Telecom operations.

Sound knowledge of MPLS Networks and SD-WAN delivery platforms.

Experience in KPI, SLA, and performance management.

Solid reporting, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

2-4 years of experience in the BPO industry with a focus on Order Management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Order Management / Customer Service supporting MPLS platform delivery.

Telecom network knowledge is mandatory.
