Role & Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, award shows and promotional events.

Handle and manage day-to-day work with the entire event team.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams and internal departments for smooth event execution.

Manage event timelines, manpower, budgets and on-ground activities.

Supervise event setup, branding, stage, AV, lighting, LED and other production requirements.

Handle client servicing, communication and relationship management throughout the project.

Network with clients, business partners and industry professionals during events to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure smooth coordination and execution before, during and after the event.





Handle multiple projects and teams while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in event management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of event planning, production and on-ground execution.

Excellent client servicing, communication and relationship management skills.

Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Robust leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Willingness to travel for events when required.

Strong networking and business development skills will be an added advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
