Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of callers, drive sales performance, monitor daily productivity, and ensure achievement of business targets. Candidates with experience in the diagnostics industry or a strong sales background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and motivate a team of 1520 callers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, including calls, conversions, revenue, productivity, and attendance.
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor call quality, customer interactions, control abandoned calls and adherence to defined processes.
- Track daily performance reports (MIS) and share updates with management.
- Ensure proper lead disposition, CRM updates, and timely follow-ups.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain team discipline,



shift adherence, and overall productivity.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre, telesales, or sales operations.
- Experience managing a team of 15–20 callers.
- Candidates from the diagnostics / healthcare industry or any sales background are preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, dialers, and MS Excel/MIS reporting.
- Ability to analyze performance data and take corrective action.
