Team Lead - Inside Sales

About the Role

We're looking for a Team Lead - Inside Sales to train, coach, and drive performance of an existing inside sales team selling upskilling programs to working professionals. You'll own the team's monthly revenue number, keep call quality high, and build a high-performance culture where reps feel supported and driven to hit their numbers.

What You Will Do

1. Take full ownership of the team's monthly revenue target and drive enrollments for company programs.
2. Coach and motivate sales reps to improve closures and hit top revenue numbers.
3. Develop deep product knowledge and ensure the team can confidently sell on it.
4. Set a high-performance,



high-accountability team culture.
5. Review call quality regularly and give structured feedback to reps.
6. Partner with your Senior Manager to align team execution with broader org goals.

What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with a strong preference for Edtech background (Travel, SaaS, or strong domain understanding of Edtech also considered).
2. Proven experience managing a B2C sales team of 20+ associates/ATLs against targets of 10+ crore annually (team target, not individual quota).
3. Experience training, coaching, and improving performance of an existing sales team (not necessarily building one from scratch).
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Highly self-motivated with a strong, target-driven mindset.
6. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
7. Comfortable with a work schedule that includes WFH on Thursdays and alternate Saturdays, with occasional flexibility on timings.
