Job Title: Team Leader – Prior Authorization

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 4–5 Years

Salary: 50,000–55,000 take-home per month

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Prior Authorization for our healthcare RCM operations in Andheri, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team handling Prior Authorization processes.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure daily targets and process SLAs are met.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





- 4–5 years of experience in the healthcare RCM industry.
- Minimum 8 months to 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
- Prior Authorization process experience is mandatory.
- Robust team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must have Team Leader experience reflected in their official designation.

- Work Location: Andheri, Mumbai.
- Only Mumbai-based candidates are eligible.
- Relocation candidates will not be considered.
