Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

Experience: 5-7 years of post-qualification experience

Vision Group is looking for a young, dynamic, and proactive taxation qualified to manage Direct and Indirect Taxation, ensure statutory compliance, and handle tax assessments and departmental proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS, tax liability calculations, payments, and periodic return filings.
- Independently handle Income Tax and GST assessments, scrutiny cases, and departmental proceedings.
- Draft and respond to tax notices, show-cause notices, and official communications.
- Represent the organization before government authorities and coordinate with tax departments.
- Liaise with tax auditors, GST consultants, legal advisors, and external agencies.
- Monitor changes in taxation laws and ensure timely compliance.




- Conduct internal training on taxation updates and compliance requirements.
- Handle corporate taxation and other legal or statutory matters as required.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.
- CA / CS / Law qualification or Diploma in Taxation Law (DTL) preferred.
- 57 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation.
- Corporate taxation experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in tax assessments, scrutiny, and notice handling.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong coordination and liaison skills with government authorities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
