We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecounsellor to connect with prospective students, explain courses and career opportunities, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead information in the CRM or Excel sheet.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
Salary ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus incentives as per company policy.
