- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, networking, and other sourcing methods.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients (internal stakeholders).

- Proven track record in sourcing top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals etc.
