- Understand the requirements for various positions for Shared Service/ Consulting/ GCC functions like- Finance, HR, IT
- Should be familiar with Financial services, Global Banking Shared Services, GCC, Consulting/ Big 4
- Recruitment experience in middle & higher level management.
- Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References, LinkedIn.
- Screening through CV's, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
- Conducting interviews for short-listed candidates. Manage onboarding.
- Should be Valuable with Candidate Follow Up
