Talent Acquisition Specialist - Product Hiring | Infoedge India Ltd

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive Product management hiring and Niche Hiring across the InfoEdge Group. This role involves ownership of end-to-end hiring, and delivery on high-impact, business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Lateral Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Product Management and Niche roles across all businesses of InfoEdge

- Handle complex and niche mandates with minimal supervision

Search & Talent Mapping

- Conduct targeted talent mapping for lateral roles

- Leverage multiple sourcing channels Portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, passive search, and market networks

- Build and maintain a strong external talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Process & Candidate Experience

- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all stages

- Manage interview coordination, feedback closure, offer discussions, and negotiations

- Drive quick TATs while maintaining hiring quality and compliance

Governance & Reporting





- Maintain accurate data on hiring metrics, funnels, closures, and ageing

- Adhere to internal hiring processes, documentation, and compliance standards

Desired Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in Product hiring / Niche hiring

- Experience working with internet, tech, product-led, or large corporate organizations preferred

- Strong sourcing, assessment, and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and execution rigor
