About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 4+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, specializing in Sales Hiring and Corporate Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, high-volume hiring, and multiple closures across functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Corporate, and Support functions.
- Handle high-volume Sales hiring across multiple levels and locations.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, databases, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer-to-joining process, including salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure hiring targets and turnaround times (TATs)
are achieved.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
- Minimize offer dropouts and interview no-shows through effective candidate engagement and follow-ups.
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong expertise in Sales Hiring and Corporate Hiring.
- Proven experience in volume hiring and managing multiple closures simultaneously.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
