We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Candidates with prior recruitment experience in the CCTV, video surveillance, IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, technology sectors, or SaaS will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate suitability.
- Handle recruitment for technical, sales, project management, operations, and corporate positions.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and regular hiring status reports.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or PG Diploma in HR will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Experience hiring for CCTV, video surveillance, IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, or technology companies will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
