SRV Media partners with India’s top universities and brands to drive growth through digital marketing, admissions campaigns, and performance-driven strategies. As we scale aggressively, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can build strong hiring engines, not just close roles.

Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Manager will own end-to-end hiring across business, marketing, tech, sales, admissions, and leadership roles. This role goes beyond sourcing—covering workforce planning, stakeholder management, employer branding, and process optimization .

You will act as a strategic hiring partner , ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning → sourcing → interviews → offers → onboarding
- Handle bulk hiring (admission counsellors, sales, operations) and niche roles (performance marketing, tech, leadership)
- Ensure solid candidate experience and high offer-to-join ratio

1. Workforce Planning & Hiring Strategy





- Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs
- Create quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Optimize hiring cost, time-to-hire, and recruiter productivity

1. Sourcing & Channel Optimization

- Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social hiring, and campus drives
- Build passive talent pipelines
- Reduce dependency on agencies through internal sourcing strategies

1. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with founders, CXOs, and department heads
- Push back with data when expectations are unrealistic
- Drive structured interview processes and decision discipline

1. Employer Branding & Process Improvement

- Strengthen SRV Media’s employer brand on LinkedIn & job platforms
- Improve ATS usage, hiring dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation

1. Team & Vendor Management (if applicable)

- Mentor recruiters / coordinators
- Manage external vendors and negotiate costs when needed
