Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities in an on-site role based in Trivandrum. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, and assisting with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews.

The intern will help maintain applicant tracking systems, update recruitment reports, and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.



Additional tasks may involve supporting employer branding efforts, preparing basic job descriptions, and participating in recruitment campaigns or career events. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition and exposure to professional HR practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and basic interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess robust communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening and relationship-building abilities.
