We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. As a crucial part of our HR department, you will assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining our applicant tracking system and supporting various recruitment projects.

STIPEND: UNPAID INTERNSHIP

DURATION: MINIMUM OF 2 MONTHS

LOCATION: Connaught Place, Current Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate interviews and help in the selection process
- Maintain our recruitment database and update candidate records
- Support recruitment initiatives and projects

Qualifications:

- Available for a minimum of 2 months and can come to the office atleast 3 days per week




- Comfortable for the unpaid internship
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
