Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our organisation based in GIFT City. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of hands-on recruitment experience,

strong sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to coordinate interviews and maintain an efficient candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up

and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and other relevant channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidate suitability against job descriptions, required skills, experience and location

preferences.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates experience, communication, interest, notice period, salary expectations

and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate status

updates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and selection criteria.
- Follow up on interview feedback, support offer coordination and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment

process.




- Prepare regular recruitment updates, including sourcing progress, interview status, shortlisted candidates and pending

actions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
- Support recruitment process improvements and help meet agreed hiring timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Good understanding of resume screening, initial candidate evaluation and interview coordination.
- Robust communication, follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email and recruitment tracking tools; ATS experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritise tasks and work to recruitment deadlines.
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline; an HR qualification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience recruiting for financial services, banking, fintech, NBFCs or other corporate roles is an advantage.
- Exposure to recruitment for roles based in GIFT City / IFSC is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify relevant sourcing keywords.
