Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Gold Loan hiring.
- Candidates currently working with a Bank or NBFC.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Regular or Distance Learning).
- Preferred age group: 30–35 years.
