Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per role requirements

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct initial HR screening calls

- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status

- Draft job descriptions and post job openings

- Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives

- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
