About the Role: We are looking for driven and detail-oriented technical professionals to oversee our newly developed GPS device monitoring system. This software tracks and manages a fleet of vehicles deployed across our sanitation projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the system runs smoothly by monitoring real-time data, debugging technical issues, performing light coding tasks, and conducting quality assurance (QA) testing to maintain high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Monitoring: Continuously track the performance of the GPS monitoring software to ensure 100% uptime and accurate vehicle tracking.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve system glitches or hardware-software communication delays.
- Technical QA Testing: Plan and execute testing protocols on new feature updates to ensure they are bug-free before deployment.
- Light Coding & Maintenance: Write scripts, fix minor bugs in the existing codebase, and tweak user interface elements as needed.
- Reporting: Document system performance, bug reports, and testing outcomes for project managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE): You must hold a bachelor's degree in CSE, providing you with a strong foundational understanding of software architecture,



data structures, and systemic troubleshooting.

Experience

- 1-2 Years of Professional Experience: We are looking for candidates who have cut their teeth in the industry. You should have practical experience in a tech support, QA, or junior development role where you were responsible for maintaining or testing active software systems.

Technical Proficiency

- Knowledge of Coding & Front-End: You should be comfortable reading and writing code. A solid grasp of front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic frameworks) is required to understand user interface flows and make minor adjustments or fixes to the system's dashboard.

AI Tool Integration

- Knowledge & Hands-On Use of AI Tools: You must be proficient in leveraging modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted testing and coding platforms) to accelerate debugging, automate repetitive QA test script generation, and improve overall workflow efficiency.

Soft Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills: Because you will be bridging the gap between the on-ground sanitation project managers and the technical backend, you must be able to explain complex technical issues in easy terms. Strong written and verbal communication is essential for reporting bugs and collaborating with the team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
