1. Experience with installing and managing Windows Servers, Internet Information Services (IIS), Active Directory, VMware, SAN Systems (NETAPP preferred but not required), CISCO UCS, DELL VxRail.
2. Experience with Office 365 Platform and hybrid Exchange environment administration.
3. Experience with managing and supporting Azure Hybrid Cloud Setting.
4. Experience with network configuration, DHCP and other network protocols.
5. Experience with installation and configuration of new software and hardware on servers.
6. Acts as an escalation point for the helpdesk and investigates user problems, identifies their source, and determines possible solutions, tests, and implements solutions or workarounds as needed.

Efficient in troubleshooting issues and outages and performing root cause analysis.
8. Partners with the infrastructure team to troubleshoot and resolve network and systems issues.
9. Investigates, recommends, and installs enhancements and operating procedures that optimize system availability.
10. Creates and maintains documentation of system infrastructure and applications.
11. Provides training and technical direction for junior members of the IT team.
12. Proficient in customer support, Help Desk, and problem triaging
13. Proficient in PowerShell scripting
