Role & responsibilities

- Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022/2025) installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Valuable hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
- User, computer, group, permission and access management.
- Server health monitoring, performance troubleshooting and basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching and subnetting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Firewall, VPN and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of backup, restore, NAS and storage.
- Patch management using WSUS or other patch management tools.
- Antivirus/Endpoint Security administration.




- Troubleshooting of hardware, software, application and network issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and application teams for complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of IT security, VAPT remediation and system hardening will be an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: 14 Years in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
