Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist for D2C and Retail Brands will manage end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on stock flow, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouses and stores, and ensuring timely replenishment of high-demand products.

The role involves analyzing demand patterns, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, retail operations, and finance to maintain product availability and reduce stockouts. This is a full-time,



on-site role located in Saket, requiring close engagement with physical inventory, store teams, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and retail staff.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast demand, and identify process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to oversee procurement, logistics coordination, and distribution for D2C and retail channels.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels, manage replenishment demand planning and streamline store and warehouse workflows.
- Experience in retail, footwear, fashion, or D2C brands is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
