Role - Support Analyst - Process optimization/Process improvement

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 3-8 years

Shift - Open to work in shift (mostly US Shift )

Preferred industry - Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibility-

- Experience or understanding of process optimization and tools management
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- A certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Analyzing and documenting current processes and tools
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing creative solutions
- Providing training and support to stakeholders on new tools and processes
