Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supply Chain Management Executive to oversee and coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods and materials. Candidates must be Nepali citizens who are willing to relocate to India for the position.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily supply chain operations to ensure the timely availability and delivery of goods.
- Manage procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment requirements to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Oversee logistics, transportation, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, shipments, and supply chain transactions.
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, product quality, and service standards.
- Identify supply chain issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.




- Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts departments regarding invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
- Use ERP systems, inventory management software, or other relevant tools to track and manage supply chain activities.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional training or certification in supply chain management will be an advantage.

Required Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory control, or a related field.
- Experience in supplier management, stock control, and transportation coordination is preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems, inventory software, or supply chain management tools will be an advantage.
