Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Supply Chain Management role based in Coimbatore, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves overseeing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, and negotiating terms to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and maintaining accurate records to support uninterrupted operations. The position requires monitoring supply chain performance, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks or cost-saving opportunities, and implementing process improvements.



The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply planning with operational needs, ensure adherence to company policies, and support strategic decisions through clear communication and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Supply Chain Management and Procurement skills to handle sourcing, vendor coordination, and end-to-end supply processes.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to control stock levels, maintain accurate documentation, and optimize material availability.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance metrics, and support decision-making with clear insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate with suppliers, and present findings clearly.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within hospitality, automotive, or related sectors is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory management software, along with strong organizational and time management abilities, is advantageous.
