We are a lean, fast-moving team at Water Brewing Pvt. Ltd., and we are building the function that puts Malaki in front of the customer in ten minutes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will keep Malaki’s stock moving — from the bottling unit to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to distributors, modern trade and quick commerce dark stores. Planning, dispatch, documentation and inventory accuracy sit with you. The job is hands-on and the standard is simple: the right stock, in the right place, on time, with correct paperwork.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan and execute daily dispatches to distributors, modern trade, HoReCa customers and quick commerce warehouses.
- Coordinate with the Pune bottling unit on production schedules, finished goods availability and inward planning.
- Manage transporters and 3PL partners — vehicle placement, freight rates, transit time and delivery confirmation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy at the warehouse. Run cycle counts, reconcile system stock against physical stock and close differences.
- Track batch numbers and shelf life. Enforce FIFO and flag near-expiry stock in advance.
- Prepare and check all dispatch documentation — invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and LRs — before the vehicle leaves.
- Work with the Quick Commerce team on replenishment plans so platform fill rates stay high.
- Track and report on-time dispatch, fill rate, stock cover and freight cost per case every week.




- Handle inward of packaging material and other inputs, and keep minimum stock levels for critical items.
- Manage returns, damages and short supply claims, and close them with the customer and with Accounts.
- Maintain clean records for audit — stock registers, GRNs, gate passes and transporter bills.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Graduate in any discipline. A diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations is an advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, dispatch or warehouse operations.
- Working knowledge of GST invoicing, e-way bills and standard dispatch documentation.
- Comfortable with MS Excel — stock reports, reconciliations and basic analysis.
- Experience working on an ERP or inventory system (Tally, Zoho, SAP or similar).
- Practical and hands-on — willing to be on the warehouse floor, not only at a desk.
- Good coordination skills. You will be dealing with the plant, transporters, sales and customers every day.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience in beverages, food or another FMCG category with batch and shelf-life tracking.
- Exposure to quick commerce or modern trade supply — appointment scheduling, dark store replenishment, vendor portals.
- Understanding of demand planning and safety stock.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and hygiene standards.

- Salary of ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, plus statutory benefits as per company policy.
