Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Bakery Manufacturing Company: Jaiswal Group Job Location: Nana Chiloda, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Bakery / FMCG / Food Manufacturing : We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for our bakery manufacturing unit. The role involves raw material procurement, vendor management, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, cost optimisation, and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of bakery raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials. Develop vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain supplier relationships. Plan production and ensure raw materials are available on time.

Monitor inventory levels and implement FIFO/FEFO practices. Manage warehouse operations, dispatch, transportation, and distribution. Control material consumption, production wastage, and overall supply chain costs.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor stock expiry, product returns, and finished goods freshness. Prepare MIS reports,



cost analysis, and supply chain performance reports.

Lead procurement, stores, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Required Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Food Technology/Food Processing, B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Science, or MBA in Supply Chain/Operations. 2–5 years of experience in FMCG or food manufacturing. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bakery, biscuit, or confectionery manufacturing. Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Robust vendor negotiation, analytical, planning, and team management skills.
