Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst for D2C/Retail Industries is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing stock levels for sneakers, streetwear, and related products across direct-to-consumer and retail channels.

Day-to-day activities include forecasting demand, reviewing sales and inventory data, and recommending replenishment plans to minimize stockouts and overstock. The analyst will coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound flows,



accurate inventory records, and efficient order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include preparing regular performance reports, identifying process improvements in supply chain operations, and supporting current product launches with data-driven planning.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Supply Chain Operations in D2C and retail environments.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data tools, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in fashion, footwear, or retail supply chain is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
