Role Overview Footwear and stethoscopes are two of our newest categories, and they need someone who owns them end to end on the supply side. You will be the day-to-day coordination point for both, working closely with our Logistics & Supply Chain Manager. Your job is simple to say and hard to do well: make sure the right stock, packaging and paperwork are in the right place on time.

You will work with vendors, the warehouse, design, and retail to keep both categories moving without gaps.

Key Responsibilities Vendor & Order Coordination Raise and track purchase orders for footwear and stethoscopes in line with the monthly plan.

Follow up with vendors on production status, delivery dates and shortfalls until material is received.

Coordinate sampling and new style or size runs with vendors and the product team. Log vendor issues and delays, and escalate early when timelines are at risk. Stock, Packaging & Warehouse Monitor stock levels by SKU, size and colour, and flag reorders before stockouts.

Manage packaging for both categories, including stethoscope boxes, shoe boxes, inserts and labels.





Coordinate with the warehouse on inward checks and make sure GRNs are completed promptly. Support basic quality checks on incoming lots and track rejections and returns to vendors.

Dispatch & Documentation Arrange couriers and porters for samples, vendor movement and store transfers. Prepare delivery challans and e-way bills for category movement. Match purchase bills with POs and GRNs and log them in the expense system for Finance.

Systems & Launch Support Add new footwear and stethoscope SKUs in Uniware with correct codes, sizes, pricing and barcode mapping.

Coordinate barcode printing and labelling for new stock. Work with design on artwork for boxes, labels and inserts, and get approvals in time for print.

Share stock and delivery updates with retail and online teams so launches and replenishment run smoothly.

Reporting Maintain a simple tracker for orders, stock, deliveries and open vendor issues. Share a weekly update with your manager on what moved, what is stuck and what needs a decision.

Must Haves 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandising or logistics coordination, ideally in apparel, footwear, accessories or consumer goods. Working knowledge of POs, GRNs, delivery challans and e-way bills.

Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills for trackers and stock reports. Comfortable following up with vendors on phone and email, every day, until things close.

Organised and detail-focused. Sizes, SKUs and quantities need to be right the first time. Able to work on-site at our Worli office and travel to vendors or the warehouse when needed.

Good to Have Experience with footwear sizing, sampling or vendor development. Exposure to medical devices or healthcare products like stethoscopes. Hands-on experience with Uniware or another inventory management system.

Familiarity with packaging and print vendors. Experience in a fast-moving D2C or startup environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
