? Job Title: Supply Chain Onboarding Associate

? Experience: 0-3 Years

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and data validation

✅ Conduct supplier due diligence, compliance checks, and risk assessments

✅ Review contracts, statutory documents, tax forms, banking details, and certifications

✅ Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely supplier activation

✅ Support onboarding activities across HICX, Beeline, and SAP Fieldglass platforms

✅ Monitor ongoing supplier compliance and renewal requirements

✅ Maintain audit-ready records,



reports, and governance dashboards

? What We're Looking For

✔ Fresher or Experience in Supplier Onboarding, Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, or Compliance

✔ Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

✔ Experience handling documentation, governance, and due diligence processes

✔ Familiarity with HICX, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms is a plus
