Department: NPD / Engineering

Qualification : DME / ITI

Experience : 3 to 5 Yrs.

Position : 1 Openings

Age : Below 35 Years

Annual Salary (CTC): Rs. 5 LPA to 6 LPA

? Key Specialisation:

- Strong knowledge of VMC / HMC machine setup and programming .
- Hands-on experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machine setup , tool setting, work offset and fixture setting.
- Ability to create, edit, prove out and optimise CNC / VMC / HMC programs.
- Proficiency in engineering drawing reading and understanding machining requirements.
- Experience in first-piece inspection, dimensional correction and program/offset adjustments.
- Knowledge of layout inspection, tool handling and machining process requirements.
- Basic knowledge of IATF standards and documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot machines and improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and rejections.





⚙️ Skills Required:

- Robust technical and problem-solving skills in CNC / VMC / HMC machining operations .
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.
- Hands-on expertise in machine setup, programming and tool handling.
- Ability to identify machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Focus on process improvement, quality standards and production efficiency.
