Role Description The Student Community Builder is a full-time remote role responsible for growing and engaging PPStack’s student community across digital platforms. In this role, the individual will plan and execute online engagement initiatives such as social media campaigns, interactive posts, live sessions, and community activities that support learners’ academic and career journeys. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating content tailored for students, moderating online forums or groups, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to promote courses, events, and learning resources.
The role also involves identifying student needs, fostering peer-to-peer connections, and tracking community metrics to improve participation and satisfaction.
The Student Community
Builder will act as a key liaison between students and PPStack, ensuring a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills for community growth and online engagement.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills to design and execute student-focused campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, empathetic, and inclusive interaction with diverse student audiences.
- Experience managing online communities or student clubs, with the ability to moderate discussions and encourage participation.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, learning tools, or student support services is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with analytics tools to track engagement metrics and optimize community strategies.
