We are hiring a Student Counsellor in Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through telephone calls.
- Provide information about courses, admissions, and educational programmes.
- Understand students’ interests and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain call records.
- Address student queries and assist with the admission process.
Requirements:
- Any degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to handle telecalling and student follow-ups.
