Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage inventory, maintain stock records, enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and monitor inward and outward material movements. The candidate will ensure proper material storage, accurate documentation, stock availability, and housekeeping in the stores area.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers for raw materials, consumables, and other materials.
- Prepare and enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates of inventory records.
- Maintain inward and outward material registers and track material movements.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
- Issue materials to the Production and Maintenance departments based on authorized requests.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages and replenishment requirements.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Update inventory transactions using Tally and MS Excel.




- Maintain proper identification, segregation, and storage of materials.
- Ensure 5S practices, cleanliness, and housekeeping in the stores area.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments regarding material availability and documentation.
- Prepare daily and periodic stock reports and maintain records for audit purposes.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for material handling and storage.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Practical knowledge of GRN entry and inward/outward documentation.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain stock registers and perform physical stock verification.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in stores or inventory management.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or metal processing industry is preferred.
- Must be organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Willingness to work in a plant setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
