- Manage inventory, stock levels, and stock replenishment.

- Monitor inward and outward stock movements and maintain accurate records.

- Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and organization.

- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with store staff and assign daily tasks to ensure productivity.

- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of sales targets.

- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

- Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and other operational reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.

- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and wastage.
