Position: Store Manager – Minizmo (Men’s Apparel Brand)
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations at Minizmo, a premium men’s apparel brand. The role includes driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across all store functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability
- Lead, motivate, and train the store team on sales and product knowledge.
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Minizmo's brand values
- Manage inventory, billing accuracy, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of store staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail store management (men’s apparel preferred)
- Solid leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills
- Experience in premium or fashion retail will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiner preferred
