- Receiving and Inspection: Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quality standards.

- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate physical and digital stock records using ledgers, bin cards, or enterprise inventory software (such as SAP or LIMS).

- Storage and Organization: Systematically arrange materials in designated locations by category, size, or safety requirements to prevent damage or loss.

- Issuing Supplies: Distribute materials to requesting departments or sites only upon receiving approved indents or requisition forms.

- Stock Audits: Conduct periodic and annual physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report missing, damaged, or obsolete items.

- Procurement Support: Monitor minimum/maximum stock thresholds and coordinate with the purchase department to trigger reorders.

- Safety and Compliance:



Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company safety and housekeeping regulations

- Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or storekeeping.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, inventory/ERP software, and record-keeping systems.

- Soft Skills: Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and problem-solving aptitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
