· 2–5 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, hotel, or food production store management. · Good knowledge of food raw materials, perishables, groceries, and packaging inventory. · Experience in indent management, stock receiving, GRN, and material issuing. · Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control. · Basic Excel and computer knowledge. · Experience with inventory management software preferred. · Valuable coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills. · Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing the store.
