Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor store performance.
- Handle, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory, product displays, and refilling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and staff grooming.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and stock verification.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with Head Office.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Retail industry experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets and handle a team.
