Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi.

The Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This role involves monitoring sales performance, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Manager will lead and coach store team members, maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. The role also includes reporting store performance, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.





Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Store Management capabilities, including experience supervising teams, managing daily operations, and optimizing sales performance.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic understanding of shrink control, cash handling, and compliance with store policies.
- Relevant experience in retail or store management, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Ranchi, with flexibility for weekends and extended hours as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and common office software; familiarity with sales reporting is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
