Role & responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the retail store and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee billing, cash handling. POS operations, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Analyze sales reports, footfall, and customer trends to improve store performance.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase sales. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Minimize inventory shrinkage, pilferage, and operational losses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile





- 3-6 years of experience in apparel merchandising or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing successful merchandise plans that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills for working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Robust understanding of fabric sourcing processes and ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Strong fashion sense (Menswear)
- Data-driven decision making
- Multi-store handling experience preferred
