Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all retail activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. This full-time, on-site role, based in South Delhi, includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and driving sales performance while maintaining visual merchandising and stock presentation standards.

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention practices to minimize shrinkage.



The role also involves resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and fostering high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and effective communication.

Qualifications
