Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Roles and Responsibility

Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse/store, including receiving, storage,picking, packing, and dispatch of industrial products.

Maintain accurate stock records for hand tools, power tools, safety products,electrical items, lubricants, pneumatic tools, welding equipment, and other industrialsupplies. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase and sales teams fortimely replenishment.

Ensure proper identification, labelling, storage, and systematic arrangement of allproducts. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with systemrecords.

Manage inward and outward material documentation, including GRN, deliverychallans, invoices,



and stock transfer records.

Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timelyorder fulfilment.

Monitor damaged, defective, expired, or slow-moving stock and maintain properrecords. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Supervise store staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor their productivity anddiscipline. Maintain proper housekeeping, safety standards, and security within thestore/warehouse.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and dispatch reports for management.

Use ERP/Tally or inventory management software for stock entries and reporting. Ensure minimum stock levels and support management in inventory planning andcontrol.

Prevent stock loss, pilferage, and unauthorized movement of materials.
