We sell leading brands including Samsung, Apple, Vivo, OPPO, Dell and Lenovo.
Your Role You will be the first point of contact for customers in our store. You will help them choose the right phone and accessories, and make sure they leave happy.
Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their needs Demonstrate and sell mobiles, accessories and value-added services (insurance, extended warranty, protection plans) Achieve monthly sales targets Promote exchange, buyback and finance (EMI) offers Keep displays clean, stocked and well-arranged Record every customer enquiry and follow up for conversion Handle billing support,
product activation and basic after-sales queries Who We’re Looking For 12th pass or graduate (any stream) 0–3 years of retail sales experience (freshers with a passion for mobiles are welcome) Good communication in English and Konkani/Hindi Smart, customer-friendly and target-driven Basic knowledge of smartphones and the latest trends What We Offer ? Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience) Monthly incentives: earn more on every sale, plus extra on accessories and VAS Performance bonus for top achievers Brand trainings and a clear growth path to Senior Executive → Asst.
