Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to oversee inventory, material movement, and store operations at our Elathur unit. The role involves ensuring proper stock management, maintaining records, and supporting smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Store Management
Manage raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
Maintain proper storage, handling, and stock arrangement
1. Material Inward & Outward
Supervise inward and outward movement of materials and products Ensure proper documentation for stock transfers and dispatches
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth operations
1. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports Conduct regular stock verification and audits
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management
1. Operations & Compliance
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area Follow company safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize wastage
1. Team Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse, QC, production, and accounts teams Support smooth day-to-day production operations through proper inventory management
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in store or inventory management
Basic knowledge of stock handling and record maintenance
Valuable organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Excel or inventory software is preferred
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food production environment
Ability to manage operational workflows efficiently
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
As per company working hours
Weekly Off: Sundays
